EVERYONE at Pets’ Corner is heartbroken to share the sad news of the passing of our two much-loved reindeer, Ivy and Bracken.

Bracken joined Pets’ Corner in 2014 aged 5 and was the gentlest soul, going on to reach 17 years old. There was absolute delight when she gave birth here to Ivy, who grew into an inquisitive character, always happy to come and say hello.

As the girls grew older, they faced ongoing health issues which were carefully monitored and managed by our keepers and specialist veterinary teams.

Our team worked incredibly hard to give them the very best quality of life, but sadly Bracken took a turn for the worse and the difficult decision was made to let them both go peacefully.

Reindeer have been such a special part of Pets’ Corner over the years, bringing joy to so many visitors and staff alike.

While our paddock will feel much quieter now, we are so grateful for the memories we shared and would love for you to share your own happy memories of Ivy and Bracken.
