Statement from Essex Police

“We were called to a disturbance in Spencers Croft, Harlow, just before 11.10am today, August 14.

“Officers attended and words of advice were given.

“No arrests were made”.

1030 hrs

A NUMBER of police cars attended an incident in the Spencers Croft area of Harlow.

Up to eight officers attended at close to Tumbler Road.

Essex Police has been contacted for a comment.
