Police probe after dead deer found across Harlow

ESSEX Police are appealing for information after dead deer were found in the Harlow area on three separate occasions.
The first incident occurred in Roydon in December with a further two reports in Harlow reported since then.
The latest was reported on Tuesday, March 5, where three deer carcasses were found in woodland off Greensward near to Harlow Crematorium.
A police spokesperson said: “We are investigating whether the deer were killed from either snaring or coursing and we would urge people to be vigilant and take extra care while out walking your dogs or horse riding.
“We would urge anyone who finds a snare or has information about suspicious activity to call our Essex Police Gypsy, Traveller and Rural Engagement Team on 101.
