RIPPED Gym has raised over £2,000 for a very worthy cause.
Members and visitors of the Harlow and Basildon gyms raised a grand total of £2,333 for Papyrus, a charity dedicated to the prevention of young suicide.
Mia Wyatt, aged 25, the niece of the Ripped Gym’s owner, Michelle, took her own life last year.

Michelle Meade-Wyatt said: We can’t thank you all enough for raising awareness for Papyrus and getting involved with our fund raising in memory of Mia
“Yesterday was an amazing day and you have helped us raise an incredible £2333 (Harlow £1529, Basildon £803) for Papyrus.
“Our community at Ripped Gym is second to none.
“From wearing purple, to buying raffle tickets, making cakes, donating and sharing on your social media ~ you have all made a difference.
“Have a blessed 2024”.
Well done everyone and thank you.
Excellent work from the owners and members of the ripped gym. Charity is good for the soul and of course the community 👍👍👍
