ON Monday June 24th, Harlow Council gathered to mark Armed Forces Day on Saturday June 29th with a flag-raising ceremony held outside the Civic Centre.

Chair of the Council, Councillor Andrew Johnson, led proceedings before a prayer from Rev. Martin Harris and a reading of the Epitaph, before the flag was raised.

Harlow Council will be flying the flag all this week.
