ON Saturday, an audience of over 200 were treated to an unforgettable summer evening of exceptional music from the Essex Jazz Collective with top saxophonist Zak Barrett, at the historic riverside setting of Parndon Mill – A Hub of Creativity.

It was a wonderful evening full of good music and fine food and drink. Many of the audience took the opportunity to visit  The Gallery  for Parndon Mill’s current Summer Exhibition, showcasing the work of many of its artists which runs until 28^th July.

Harlow’s businesses also supported the event with Wright’s Flour and Sonata Pizza School serving up delicious freshly made pizza, Redchurch Brewery providing refreshments supported by Stort Valley Gifting with a special signature cocktail, and Brownies Coffee offering coffee, chilled drinks and sweet treats.

Parndon Mill is very grateful to the 1^st Kingsmoor Scouts for managing our car parking. The raffle raised an excellent contribution to fundraising for an accessible toilet at the Mill.
