RECENTLY, we went down to the Changing Lives Community Services base in Bush Fair to find out a little bit more about their boxing sessions.

What we did find out when we spoke to trainer Gareth Smith, was that they were more than boxing sessions.

They were part of a plan to get young people on the road to employment.
