Police charge woman over theft and fraud in The Water Gardens

POLICE officers investigating a theft in Harlow last month have arrested and charged a woman.

A spokesperson said: “We released images of two women we wanted to speak to in connection to the incident where a woman had her handbag stolen at the Water Gardens shopping centre.
It happened at around 11am on 13 November.


A 34 year-old woman was arrested yesterday.

Eleonora Hristova, of Empire Avenue, London N18, has now been charged with four counts of theft and one count of fraud by false representation.

She is due at Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court today (Wednesday 11 December).

Officers still want to identify one woman in connection with the incident.
