HARLOW Boxing Club is opening its doors to anyone with a neurological condition. This includes but is not limited to anyone with ADHD, Autism, Parkinsons and has had a stroke.

A spokesperson said: “We want you and your family to come and feel welcome into our community associated sports club to try something new and increase physical fitness and make new friends.

This is a fully sponsored programme and is fully funded by Active Essex and Sport England.

First open session: Sat 25th January @ 12:30.
