Church Langley man pleads guilty to sending message “planning an attack on a Muslim school”

A CHURCH LANGLEY man has pleaded guilty to sending a message that included “planning an attack on a Muslim school”.

Tristan Ambrose, aged 32, of Challinor, Church Langley, Harlow pled guilty at Colchester magistrates court to the following.

Between June 8th, 2023 and July 24th, 2024 in Harlow did send a message that conveyed a threat of  serious harm, namely stabbings, raping, planning an attack on a Muslim school, killing families, chopping up people intending, or being reckless as to whether, an individual encountering the message would fear that the threat would be carried out.

Between August 23rd 2023 and January 14th, 2024 sent electronic communications, which conveyed a threat for the purpose of causing distress or anxiety to the recipient or to any other person to whom you intended that it or its contents or nature should be communicated.

On July 25th, 2024 at Purfleet had in your possession  a quantity of  cannabis a controlled drug of class B in contravention of section 5(1) of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971.

Ambrose has been released on conditional bail until his next court appearance at Colchester magistrates court on February 19th, 2025.

There is an extensive number of restrictions imposed on Ambrose (as part of his bail) in relation to his use of electronic devices.
