A HARLOW resident has been charged with assault and resisting arrest.

Fynnley Manser, aged 20, of Hodings Road, Harlow, has been charged with the following.

On September 7th, 2024, in Harlow, assaulted a female by beating her.

On September 7th, 2024, wilfully obstructed a police officer, in execution of their duty.

Manser has pleaded guilty to charge 1 but not guilty to charge 2.

He has been remanded in custody.

Next court appearance is scheduled for February 24th at Basildon magistrates court.
