THIS art installation was made by the wonderful volunteers of Harlow Community Men’s Shed for the Covid 19 Reflection day on Sunday 9 March 2025.

This is to commemorate the five year anniversary and on Sunday 9 March 2025, people are invited to:

remember and commemorate those who lost their lives since the pandemic began
reflect on the sacrifices made by many, and the impact that the pandemic on us all
pay tribute to the work of health and social care staff, frontline workers and researchers
appreciate those who volunteered and showed acts of kindness during this unprecedented time

Please come and see the installation and add your thoughts of kindness or memories of loved ones on one of the hearts available in the Civic Centre.

The door represents the period of lockdown and the isolation people felt, whilst remembering how we all stood on the doorsteps and clapped for the wonderful NHS.
