ESSEX Police want to speak to two men in connection with a failure to appear at court.

Hayatullah Popolzai, 19, and Erjon Miftaraj, 25, have links to the Basildon and Harlow areas.

Popolazai is described as slim and around 5ft 8ins tall while Miftaraj is described as slim and around 5ft 6in tall.
