Man wanted over assault in Churchgate Street

POLICE want to speak to this man in connection with an assault in Harlow.
It was reported a man in his 20s was assaulted in a car park near the Queens Head pub in Churchgate Street on 9 May.

Resident, "Coulters Law" might explain the long delay before announcing a request for help. That said, the picture is as clear as day and hopefully will help the police solve an event.

It is very worrying,and frightening for members of the public.I hope the situation resolves itself. I wonder why someone would do it?
