A HARLOW resident was set to be sentenced for sexual assault for an offence committed in Harlow

Genadijs Panko, aged 61, of Ram Gorse, Harlow has pleaded guilty with the following at Chelmsford magistrates court.

On September 14th, 2024, at Harlow intentionally touched a woman aged 16 or over and that touching was sexual when she did not consent and you did not reasonably believe that she was consenting.

According to the court documents, a warrant for arrest without bail has been issued.

Grounds for warrant: no appearance in answer to bail.
