Harlow resident pleads guilty to shoplifting at Boots

A HARLOW resident has pleaded guilty to shoplifting in the town centre.
Ghalem Ballout, aged 49, of Dadswood, Harlow pled guilty to the following at Chelmsford magistrates court.
On April 22nd, 2025, at Harlow, stole makeup, to the value of one hundred and fifty five pounds and eighty six pence worth belonging to Boots.
They were fined £155.00
