AN OLD Harlow resident has been disqualified for three years for drinking and driving

Joseph Farrow, aged 48, of Churchgate Street, Old Harlow pled to the following at Chelmsford magistrates court.

On July 26th, 2025, on Minchin Road, Old Harlow, drove a Vauxhall Van after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in your breath, namely 40 micro grammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath exceeded the prescribed limit.

Farrow was disqualified for three years and fined £80.00
