Police want to speak to man in relation to fraud investigation

ESSEX Police want to speak to this man in connection with a fraud investigation.
It has been reported that a man has convinced a woman to hand over a five-figure sum of cash.

It happened in the Thornhills area of North Weald in June this year.

No mention of the victim's age, who may well have been elderly. No mention if he arrived by moped or car. Nor mention if other cases were involved. The ethnicity is only mentioned by virtue of the picture. The police want our help but try to keep us in the dark and they wonder why the public's trust in them is waning. However, getting this lowlife behind bars is important.
Quite honestly would you hand over 10,000 to 99,999 to a bloke like this?
David Norman, Is it relevant of the victims age or what method of transport he used to get there, I'm sure if he used a vehicle to commit this crime and an index no. Was available the police would be acting on it, the most important thing is to find this person.
