Police appeal after woman struck by van in hit and run near Thornwood

ESSEX Police are appealing for witnesses following a collision in Epping.
Officers were called to Upland Road, close to The Upper Clapton Rugby and Football Club at around 6:25pm on Thursday 23 October following reports of a collision between a van and a pedestrian.

The van left the scene.
The pedestrian, a woman, 20s, sustained a serious arm injury.
