Harlow man charged with two counts of criminal damage

A HARLOW man has been charged with two counts of criminal damage.
Kurt Jordan, aged 50, of Cambridge Road, Sawbridgeworth appeared at Chelmsford Magistrates Court in relation to the following.
On September 29th 2025, at Harlow, without lawful excuse, damaged a Smart Car to the value of unknown, belonging to another, intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged.
On September 29th 2025, at Harlow, without lawful excuse, without reasonable excuse did an act, namely caused damage to a person’s vehicle, which you were prohibited from doing by a non-molestation order.
Jordan was remanded on conditional bail.
His next hearing is November 11th, 2025.
