Plans for twelve new houses on Harlow Common Road

A PLANNING application for twelve houses on Harlow Common Road has been submitted to Epping Forest District Council.
The application is in respect of Waterlees, Harlow Common, Hastingwood, Harlow, CM17 9JD.
Harlow Common Road runs between London Road in Potter Street and Foster Street.
Outline application for demolition of all existing buildings and construction of 12 two-storey detached dwellings and garages. Ref. No: EPF/2016/25.

Amazing how Epping seems to want to build anywhere and everywhere other than in Epping. Lets stick it on the Harlow borders.

Despite being under Epping Councils boundary, the nearest doctors/dentists will be Church Langley or Bush Fair, the nearest 24 hour hospital With an A&E will be in Harlow and the nearest supermarkets will be in Harlow. However, Harlow council will not recieve a single penny for these extra users on Harlow services nor will they have a say in the infrastructure extra demand. It's developments such as these on Harlow's borders that remain invisible on Harlow's future growth planning because they are on our borders.
