A HARLOW man has been charged with a number of offences including harassment and assault.

Martin Barnsley, aged 40, of Ladyshot, Harlow appeared at Chelmsford magistrates court.

On October 1st, 2025, in Harlow, you did, without reasonable excuse, were in the company of another, which you were prohibited from doing by a restraining order under section 5 of the Protection from Harassment Act 1997 imposed by Chelmsford Crown Court on 24 April 2025.

On September 30th, 2025, at Harlow in the County of Essex assaulted a male, by beating him.

On August 19th, 2025, at Chelmsford, assaulted a female, thereby occasioning her actual bodily harm

Barnsley has been remanded in custody until his next appearance at Chelmsford magistrates court on November 19th, 2025.
