Harlow man Dylan Davis admits drug dealing and possession of offensive weapon

Crime / Thu 27th Nov 2025 at 08:21am

A DRUG dealer is due to be sentenced next month after work by officers left him with no option than to admit his guilt.

Dylan Davis, 26, of Hookfield, Harlow was arrested when a warrant was executed at his home last Thursday (20 November).

During the warrant a quantity of cannabis and a machete was found.

He was charged later that day with two counts of possession with intent to supply cannabis and possession of an offensive weapon in a private place.

He admitted the offences at Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court the following day (Friday 21 November) and is due to be sentenced at Chelmsford Crown Court on 19 December.

Detective Sergeant Victoria Jarvis, from the Serious and Organised Crime Unit, said: “Where there is the sale of cannabis, violence and exploitation is usually also found.

“We are committed to targeting those polluting our communities with illegal drugs, disrupting their activities and bringing them to justice.

“We know it’s something people care about so it matters to us because we value our neighbourhoods.”
