Harlow man pleads guilty to sending menacing message on Christmas Day

A HARLOW man pled guilty to sending a menacing message to another.

Aaron Atherton, aged 20, of Wharley Hook, Harlow appeared at Chelmsford magistrates court charged with the following.

On December 25th, 2024 at Harlow sent by means of a public electronic communications network messages and voicemails that were of a menacing character.

Atherton was fined £220.00

He was also made subject to a community rehabilitation order.
