A MAN has been charged with intentionally strangling a woman in Harlow.

Adam Heath, aged 32, of Chalkpit Lane, Chinnor, was charged with the following.

On January 4th, 2026, at Harlow, you did intentionally strangle a woman.

The next hearing is scheduled for September 16th, 2026 at Chelmsford magistrates court.

Heath has been released on conditional bail.
