You sure that £7 fine is not a misprint. If its correct, our justice system has gone to the dogs

That vile little creature has been recalled to prison in the past for repeated begging! £7 fine?? How much has it cost the taxpayer to get it to court!

I know some rather unkind people say the coppers are clueless, but this sentence rather adds to it: "damaged floor of the search room in the custody area to the value of unknown." I thought "Value Unknown" lacked diligence and a commitment to accuracy.

There's far worse people on the streets than Lewis ,he don't hurt any body ,so those comments he should be locked up for good ,really? U never know what situation Ur kids might find them self in .don't slag someone else's child off when U don't 100% know what Ur own are doing ,he has problems ,needs help ,not slagging off ..shows U what Harlow ppl are really about ,obviously never felt as low as this man feels ,he's a nice bloke ,and if U can judge someone on asking for a quid and shop lifting then U really are something else ,

Truth, you clearly don’t know him well then, I’ve been threatened by him at my workplace and have watched him threaten women too and throw metal objects at women in the same workplace. Sounds like you need to open your eyes and accept the guy is a rodent. P.s if he is so nice why don’t you house him in your property and let him be around your children/family?

Whoever said the Spiv magistrate don’t have a sense of Humour £7.00 fine. As for this loser why didn’t he get a community sentence cleaning the public toilets for a few years. The thing is the fine won’t be paid off his benefits for a few years either. These losers walk among us and the judges are truly lost too

I have seen this scumbag many times begging around the town and have had him knocking on my door late at night begging how scary for some people particularly elderly would this be .Anyone who says he is a nice guy is deluded they should lock him up and throw away the key
