Man charged over indecent assault in Harvey Centre

A MAN has been charged with sexual assault following an alleged incident in Harlow on Thursday, March 6.
Martynas Luckauskas, 22, of Northbrooks, Harlow, will appear before Chelmsford Magistrates Court on Wednesday, April 2.
The shop worker was arrested in the early hours of this morning.
