IF ANYONE thought that UKIP councillors would be one trick ponies that could only talk about europe, then it looks like you are wrong.

Harlow’s five UKIP councillors have made a steady start to their first two months as councillors.

Like their six colleagues over in Thurrock, these first few months are part of a steep learning curve and they seem to appreciate that.
