Wild ponies left to roam the Harlow streets

THE GAME OF cat and mouse has now morphed into my little pony as four wild ponies roamed the Harlow roads on Monday afternoon. Essex Police turned up in Tumbler Road. Didn’t do an awful lot and went away again.

If they had strayed into the Second Avenue, there could have been a tragedy.
It was, once again, hardly an advert for Harlow.
What on earth is going on? How on earth are the Police and the Council not getting a grip on this? As YH says - this could be a situation that causes an accident? Where have these lovely animals come from? We have great animal handlers at Pets Corner - surely a quick solution could have been achieved!
Harlow council passed rules on horses in Harlow some years ago. Robert Halfon I'm sure brought this up in the House of Commons last year. Again dragging there feet. Why does everyone want to pass everything to the police.? The council has to be sorting this without question.
