IN Parliament on Wednesday (Sept 3rd), there was a short debate in Westminster Hall about
Public Health England, who are considering a move to Harlow.

Robert Halfon said: “For four years I have campaigned to persuade the Government to bring PHE to our
town, where they can use the old GSK Site in the Pinnacles.
