A 25-year-old man from Waltham Abbey is due to appear in court next month charged with five offences.

Adam Moore of Theydon Court will appear at Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court on the morning of February 8, 2016 charged with four counts of indecent exposure and one of sexual touching.

The charges relate to incidents of indecent exposure in Harlow in Broadley Road on March 28, 2015 and Water Lane, Dunstalls and Sycamore Field all on November 9, 2015 as well as an incident of sexual touching in Tithelands, Harlow on June 11, 2016.
