A HARLOW man is set to attend court over an indecency charge.

Darren Bangs (40) of Hookfield, Harlow has been charged with the following and is due to appear at Chelmsford magistrates court.

On 01/02/2016 at Harlow in a public place committed an act outraging public decency by behaving in an indecent manner, namely Masturbating outside your property in the communal hallway.
