Disqualified driver from Harlow escapes jail after drink driving

A HARLOW man has escaped jail after appearing in court over a number of driving offences,
Frank Adibe, aged 23, of Potters Field, Harlow plead guilty to the fllowing:
1. On 13/11/2016 at Harlow drove a motor vehicle, namely BMW Mini Y9JMR on a road, namely Pottersfield , after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in your breath, namely 79 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, exceeded the prescribed limit.
2.On 13/11/2016 at Harlow drove a motor vehicle namely BMW Mini Y9JMR on a road namely Pottersfield while disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence
3. On 13/11/2016 at Harlow used a motor vehicle, namely BMW Mini Y9JMR, on a road, or other public place, namely Pottersfield , when there was not in force in relation to that use such a policy of insurance
4. On 13/11/2016 at Harlow had in your possession a quantity of cannabis, a controlled drug of class B in contravention of section 5(1) of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971.
Adibe was given a suspended prison sentence, ordered to undertake a work programme and fined £200.
This is outrageous.
