Thanks to an appeal in the media, and on social media, police have this morning located Mrs Cheryl Jackson safe and well in Harlow.

Police have this morning renewed an appeal for information about a woman who is missing from her home in Harlow.
Searches and enquiries continued through the night but there was no trace of Mrs Cheryl Jackson, 47, who was last seen at her home in Long Banks at about 1.30pm on Thursday March 20.

POLICE have appealed for help from the public to find a woman who is missing from her home in Harlow.
Officers are growing increasingly concerned for the welfare of Cheryl Jackson, 47, who left her home at Long Banks at about 1.30pm today, Thursday March 20.
Mrs Jackson left a message indicating that she wanted to harm herself, but she did not say where she was going.
She is known to enjoy being near the River Stort and other waterway areas of Harlow. Extensive searches have been carried out in these area by ground units and the police helicopter. Parndon Wood cemetery and areas around Long Banks, which is off Abercrombie Way, have also been searched.
Mrs Jackson is about 5ft 10in tall, and was last seen wearing a thigh-length brown coat with furry hood, dark coloured trousers and black loafer shoes.
Anyone who has seen her or has any information about her whereabouts should call officers at Harlow on 101.
