Thousands flock to Pets Corner for Easter fun

Communities / Tue 22nd Apr 2014 at 09:25am

THOUSANDS flocked to Pets Corner in Harlow Town Park on Bank Holiday Monday for an Easter fun day.

The sun stayed out as there was plenty to do including tractor trailer rides, lamb feeding, an Easter egg hunt and a bouncy castle.

There was also an opportunity to throw sponges at your local MP, Robert Halfon as he spent some time in the stocks.

Mother-of-three, Grace Sadler took her children down to the park.

Grace said: “These events are always so nice. You can stroll down and there is lots for the children to do.

A spokeswoman for the Friends of Pets’ Corner said: “We would like to thank all the lovely people of Harlow and surrounding area for supporting Pets’ Corner.

We must have had more than 3,000 people – it was great to see.”
