HUNDREDS turned out, thousands raised as the seventeenth annual Harlow Tye Rotary abseil took place at the weekend. It is the landmark at the landmark as all over the town (and on the M11) people can see the brave souls who have decided to descend down the water town on the far edge of Church Langley.
