Politics / Wed 7th May 2014 at 11:25am

DETAILS of the five examples for how new housing development could be accommodated within Harlow, are to go on display at Local Development Plan exhibitions, staffed by members of Harlow Council’s Forward Planning Team.

The exhibitions give residents and businesses the opportunity to see up close the five examples which form part of the proposed Emerging Strategy and Further Options consultation, which one or a combination of the examples, will become an important part of the emerging Local Development Plan. Visitors will be able to pick up copies of the consultation leaflet and questionnaire, as well as talk to members of the Forward Planning Team about the proposals.

The exhibitions are due to be held at:

• Latton Bush Centre, Wednesday 14 May 2014, 3pm to 9pm.

• The Harvey Centre, Wednesday 21 May 2014, 10am to 5pm.

There is also an unstaffed exhibition at the Civic Centre in the Water Gardens and from 22 May 2014 one at the Harlow Central Library. Both stands will be available for viewing until 30 May 2014 when the consultation comes to an end.
