Witnesses sought after pedestrian knocked down by taxi on Velizy Avenue in Harlow

POLICE officers investigating a collision between a taxi and a pedestrian in Harlow are appealing for witnesses to contact them.
A 38 year old man from Harlow was taken to hospital with serious injuries following the collision in the early hours (00.25am) of May 4, in Velizy Avenue, Harlow. He suffered internal injuries and fractures to his legs. The driver of the black taxi was uninjured.
Anyone who was in the area and witnessed the incident is urged to contact Pc Sam Nason at Chigwell road policing unit on 101.
