Carters Mead driver released without charge

A MAN arrested in connection with a road incident at Harlow has been released without charge.
The incident happened at Carters Mead at about 1.30pm on Sunday May 11 when a woman was struck by a passing car. She received treatment in hospital for a foot injury. A man who had been in the passing car was also assaulted during the same incident.
A 47-year-old man from Luton who was arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm was released from custody.
A 31-year-old woman from Harlow was bailed after being arrested on suspicious of possessing an offensive weapon and a 22-year-man from Harlow received a caution after admitting assault.
