Harvey Centre gets Strictly Fever

harvey2GRAB your dancing shoes and join in a fun-filled afternoon of ballroom dancing at The Harvey Centre on Saturday 17 May.

Throughout the day, shoppers will be able to watch professional dance demonstrations and take part in free workshops. Learn the basic steps to famous ballroom dances, including the Waltz (1pm), the Argentine Tango (1.45pm) and the Cha Cha Cha (2.30pm).

Run in conjunction with 1st Call Mobility and Lesley Whitaker Dance, the event is free and everyone is welcome to join in.

In addition, 1st Call Mobility will be offering an exclusive 10% off on all products for the entire day.

Lesley Whitaker, founder of Lesley Whitaker Dance, said: “Everyone can learn to ballroom dance, so we’re holding this event to show just how easy it is. As well as doing our own demonstrations, we’ll be running free workshops – so make sure you head down to learn some steps.”

David Davison of 1st Call Mobility said: “We wanted to give our customers something a bit different and fun – and thought a tea dance would work perfectly. Lesley Whitaker is a fantastic local dance school and we’re delighted to be teaming up with them on what we’re sure, will be a fantastic event.”
