IF ONLY every street and every road had a resident such as Gary Edwards.

Gary became concerned at the state of litter in areas near Tilbury Mead. He could, like many people just sit back and complain about Harlow Council or you could gather some people together and get things done.

So Gary got Headteacher of Passmores Academy Vic Goddard, a number of students as well as local councillor, Ian Beckett together and went picking litter.
