IF THERE IS one thing we have learned in our first year as a newspaper it is that Bush Fair councillor Ian Beckett is one of the hardest working councillors in the town.

Now that he has been elevated to chair of Harlow Council, cllr Beckett has pledged to be even busier than ever.

YH caught up with the chair after he opened the Harlow Beer Festival at the Gibberd Garden recently.
