BURNT MILL’S performing arts department produced a wonderful adaptation of Bugsy Malone at the Harlow Playhouse on Friday night.
Firstly, it was good to see a packed audience pour into the main auditorium. It was also good to see the audience full of pupils, parents and proud grand-parents. The audience seemed to symbolise the sense of cohesion at the “Outstanding” school.
On the stage, it was clear how much hard work had gone into the performance, both on the stage and off stage.
Much praise must go to Performing Arts Head, Sarah Viccars, who in her first year at the school has made a considerable impression.
