Over 1,000 “struggling” Harlow residents face court action over council tax

HARLOW Council has admitted that they have started court action against over 1,000 Harlow residents over non-payment of council tax.
The startling revelation came after community activist, John Wake tabled a question at a meeting of the full council at the civic offices.
