Elderly man victim of robbery in Partridge Road, Harlow

POLICE are appealing for witnesses following a robbery which took place in Partridge Road, Harlow.

It happened just before 2.30pm on Monday July 28. The victim, a local man in his 70s was assaulted by two men near Kaz’s Indian restaurant. They demanded he hand over all his money and pushed him to the ground. They then left the scene in a black convertible vehicle.

Both suspects are described as white and aged between 28 and 30. One of the men was wearing a red t-shirt.

Investigating Officer Dc Cuthbert said: “The victim sustained serious injuries from the attack so I’m keen to speak to anyone who was in the area at the time, or who might have some information that can assist trace those responsible.”
