THE ESSEX AIR ambulance, the east of England ambulance service and Essex Police were all called to an incident in Little Pynchons in Harlow on Sunday morning.

The ambulance service confirmed that they were called at just before 11am after a report that a woman had collapsed.

The air ambulance landed in the Pear Tree Mead primary school field.

Subsequently, Essex Police were also called.

Essex Police later confirmed that a woman in her 40s had died at the scene.

A report is being prepared for the coroner.
