HARLOW Running Club member Daniel Jephcott completed the Gunpowder Parkrun 5K in Waltham Abbey finishing in 6th place out of 101 finishers and 2nd U20 in an excellent 20min 23sec. He was followed home by Colin Moody 28th and 1st Vet 60 in 23min 33sec, Brendon Maclean 40th in his debut at the distance in 25min 20sec, Andy Kinney 45th in 26min 12sec, Holly Nairn 70th in 28min 56sec and Laura Seaward 81st in 31min 32sec.

At the St Albans Parkrun 5K Richard Solomons finished in 58th place out of 314 finishers and 1st Vet 65 in a superb 20min 48sec.

At the Lanhydrock Parkrun 5K in Bodmin Cornwall Julia Gardiner finished in 36th place out of 170 finishers and 1st Lady Vet 35 in 23min 53sec.

At the Greenwich Park 10k Michelle Aitken finished in 53min 49sec.
