THE 7TH scouts Harlow raised over £800 at a family fun day at The Link in Parlsoe Road in Harlow.

The monies will help in the building of the scout hut on Nicholls Field.

The family day had a great atmosphere to it with face painting, bbq, book stall, disco and a charity football match between the scouts and Essex Police. The score was close and then they kicked off.

Well done to all and helped what is a very worthy cause.
