Gypsy-Travellers in Harlow: Have the authorities given up?

A YH reporter was driving to a Harlow Town match at Barrows Farm last night. As they drove up on Third Avenue, you could see a large van up one of the side roads. A few minutes later, a tweeter indicated that Gypsy-Travellers were on the move.
By the time, the reporter drove past again, dozens of vans, mobile homes, car etc had settled on the 400 metre stretch of road.
Not a council officer, police officer in sight.
We know that local MP, Robert Halfon has not given up. It is the others we are not sure about.
I saw this latest movement, there seem to be more and more travellers coming to Harlow, it's evident by the increase in numbers of Irish number plated vans. See what the TUC have done...travellers are most definitely NOT WELCOME here!
