FOLLOWING a fire at premises in Spruce Hill in the early hours of Monday, September 15, where the front door was damaged by fire, detectives have arrested a 39 year old man from Harlow.

He was arrested on suspicion of arson with intent to endanger life and has was released on police bail until December 8 for further enquiries to take place.
